Hello there, my name is Alexis (Alex) Nelson. I'm a video editor from Seattle, Washington. Though I have many other talents and hobbies including animation, graphics, comics, scriptwriting, and the list goes on. I've had a special interest in video and film for literally for as long as I can remember. In 2017, that interest shifted towards animation. So I took a risk and jumped the pond, attending the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa where I earned a B.A. in Creative Media, focusing on animation. When the pandemic hit during my senior year, I decided to head back home to Washington State, where I've resided ever since.
Despite this, I've had the honor of completing several animated projects. I've also managed to land a job working as a Digital Media Specialist for State of Reform, a company that hosts healthcare-related conferences across the nation. I am basically your do-it-all guy for anything and everything related to media and technology. My long-term career goal however remains set on animation and film. I don't know where that will take me, or what that will bring out of me. But as time marches on, I'm happy to work with my teammates along the way, put in the hard work, and amplify the voices of others.
